chicken lolipop recipe

Ingredients 1 kg boneless chicken 2 tablespoons ginger garlic paste 1 teaspoon red chilli powder 2 tablespoons lemon juice 1 teaspoon garam masala powder 2 tablespoons cornflour 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon black pepper powder Salt, to taste Oil, for frying Instructions 1. Cut the chicken into small cubes and marinate with ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, lemon juice, garam masala powder, cornflour, all-purpose flour, black pepper powder, and salt. 2. Heat the oil in a deep-frying pan over medium heat. 3. Add the chicken cubes and fry until golden and crisp. 4. Drain on a paper towel. 5. Insert a wooden skewer into each cube of chicken. 6. Roll the cubes in the remaining marinade. 7. Heat the oil in a deep-frying pan over medium heat. 8. Fry the chicken cubes with the wooden skewers until golden and crisp. 9. Serve hot with your favorite dip.
