chicken lolipop recipe
Ingredients
• 1 kg boneless chicken
• 2 tablespoons ginger garlic paste
• 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
• 2 tablespoons lemon juice
• 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
• 2 tablespoons cornflour
• 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
• 1 teaspoon black pepper powder
• Salt, to taste
• Oil, for frying
Instructions
1. Cut the chicken into small cubes and marinate with ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, lemon juice, garam masala powder, cornflour, all-purpose flour, black pepper powder, and salt.
2. Heat the oil in a deep-frying pan over medium heat.
3. Add the chicken cubes and fry until golden and crisp.
4. Drain on a paper towel.
5. Insert a wooden skewer into each cube of chicken.
6. Roll the cubes in the remaining marinade.
7. Heat the oil in a deep-frying pan over medium heat.
8. Fry the chicken cubes with the wooden skewers until golden and crisp.
9. Serve hot with your favorite dip.
