Goa Prawn Curry Recipe: Ingredients: 500g prawns, peeled and deveined 2 medium onions, chopped 5 garlic cloves, minced 2 medium tomatoes, chopped 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste 2 green chilies, chopped 1 tsp turmeric powder 1 tsp red chili powder 1 tsp cumin powder 1 tsp coriander powder 1 tsp tamarind paste Salt, to taste 1/2 cup coconut milk 2 tbsp oil Fresh coriander leaves, chopped, to garnish Instructions: In a pan, heat oil over medium heat. Add onions and fry until golden brown. Add garlic and ginger-garlic paste and fry for another minute. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until soft. Add green chilies, turmeric, red chili powder, cumin, coriander, tamarind paste, and salt. Stir in the prawns and cook for 2-3 minutes. Pour in the coconut milk and let the curry simmer for 5 minutes. Serve hot, garnished with fresh coriander leaves. Enjoy!
